| | | The Kingwood Health Center, conveniently located just a half mile off Interstate 89 on Route 66 west in Randolph, offers:
- Care coordination and behavioral health through the Blueprint Community Health Team
Physical therapy Physical therapy staff works to relieve pain and improve functional abilities to return patients to life and work following an injury, illness or surgery. The department also includes the Continence Program and the Balance Center. The Balance Center provides specialized physical therapy for balance disorders, such as vertigo. This therapy is also known as vestibular rehabilitation. The Continence Program treats urinary and bowel incontinence. Aquatics therapy is additionally available at Vermont Technical College’s nearby SHAPE facility.
Diabetes Clinic The Diabetes Clinic provides diabetes education, blood glucose monitoring, nutrition and exercise counseling, and medication and prevention advice, as well as help for special patient needs.
Behavioral health The Blueprint Care Coordination team helps you navigate the health care system and access community resources as well as providing behavioral health by a licensed social worker. The behavioral health specialist works with your health care provider to offer short-term mental health help for both children and adults, as well as short-term substance abuse counseling. Conditions treated include pediatric and adolescent issues, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety and bereavement.
Mental health Outpatient mental health services from a licensed psychologist are available by appointment in a relaxing office space on the upper floor of the health center.
Where to find us Physical therapy is located on the ground level of the health center. The Diabetes Clinic, Blueprint team, mental health practitioner and a private practice dentist office are on the upper level.
