Gifford is committed to serving the medical needs of all community members, including our senior population. With that commitment in mind, Gifford opened the now award-winning Menig Extended Care Facility nursing home in 1998 following the closure of a large, local nursing home.
Adult Day Program

A member of the Vermont Association of Adult Day Services, the Gifford Adult Day Program was created in 1999 to help supplement regional senior living options and fill a void that exists between safe at-home living and nursing home care.
Senior Living Community
A community for seniors at all stages of life and health
Gifford’s proposed Senior Living Community aims to build on this history of success by creating a new nursing home space, assisted living and independent living options for our seniors.
