
Healthier Living Workshops in April
RANDOLPH 4/6/07 – Workshops designed to add vitality to chronic disease sufferers’ lives resume at Gifford Medical Center on April 26.
Healthier Living Workshops provide individuals suffering arthritis, asthma, heart disease, diabetes or another chronic illness help with fatigue, pain, isolation, frustration, stress, medications, nutrition and talking to family, friends and health care providers.
“These workshops are an excellent opportunity for Randolph area residents living with chronic illness to improve their quality of life,” said Diabetes Coordinator and Nurse Educator Sherry Barnard, “and they’re free.”
The workshops run Thursdays from April 26 to May 31 in the Gifford Conference Center at 44 S. Main St. from 5-7:30 p.m. There is no charge to attend.
