Join us for lunch!

Gifford's cafeteria is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Delicious and affordable lunches are served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Prepared by our professional chefs, meals are fresh and often incorporate local ingredients. In addition to the menu items below, we also have a deli, an amazing salad bar and feature Red Hen Bread for sale on Mondays and Thursdays. The cafeteria is also open for continental breakfast weekday mornings from 7-10:30 a.m. and hot breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Sandwiches, soup and often prepackaged meals and salads are available throughout the afternoon.
