June 8 talk features weather expert, surgeon

RANDOLPH 5/30/07 - Gifford Medical Center orthopedic surgeon, weather buff and author Bill Minsinger will speak to Menig Extended Care Facility nursing home residents on June 8 at 1 p.m. in the dining room about the 1927 flood.
